Web Project Manager 

Location:  Victoria, British Columbia Office

Schedule: Full-time employee, 40-hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Job Description: Falcon-Software is searching for a mature, team-oriented, and creative Project Manager with a strong work ethic. Must interact and involve yourself in the company business and learn the various company practices and culture and be well versed in web application development and web architecture. In addition, the ideal candidate should have some experience in the design and deployment of web content management solutions. Project Management responsibilities include project scheduling, planning, budgeting, monitoring deliverables and status reporting for multiple simultaneous projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for client communications including generating, recognizing and strategizing new business opportunities and ongoing customer service and support.

Qualifications: Previous work experience is essential, along with excellent written and oral communication skills, project coordination experience and website production experience. The applicant must have strong client relations, problem solving and analytical skills. Also, the applicant must have a thorough understanding of current trends and developments in Internet technology, and must be able to work in a strong team atmosphere, under pressure with great attention to detail. Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adjust to changing client needs as required, are necessary for this position.

• Minimum 5-years Project Managment experience.
• Experience in web content management (CMS) and software development methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with all MS Office products and PM software tools.
• Experience with HTML and Photoshop would be an asset.
