Gary's role in the company is in business development, executive management and is a majority shareholder.

Heather has been with Falcon-Software since 1994, developing and delivering complex web technologies. Heather not only heads up Falcon’s production team, she’s also the company’s top CMS Analyst and has worked on hundreds of Web CMS projects from SMB accounts to global enterprise solutions.

Natalie Evans – VP of Operations
Natalie has been with Falcon-Software since 1999, starting as the company’s General Manager until 2010, when she was promoted to VP of Operations. Natalie is also the company’s Human Resource Manager and a major influence throughout the entire organization.

Jason Harrison-Edge – Creative Director
Jason has been with Falcon-Software since 1999, designing outstanding web projects and overseeing all internal creative. Jason is also responsible for keeping Falcon's front-end development in step with the latest trends and technologies.

Mirko has been with Falcon-Software since 2010, and has over 15-years of extensive experience specializing in content management, e-commerce, software design and development solutions, with a focus on n-tier web applications based on ASP.NET / C#.
