Regency's Needs

Regency Fireplace required a robust and reliable web content management solution that could handle their vast amount of content including video files, gallery photos, brochure downloads, specification documents and product manuals. They also needed a system that would support Regency's global distribution channel needs as well as their custom fireplace design center application.

Regency contracted the services of Falcon-Software to consult, implement and deploy a web content management system, and after evaluating several different .NET Web CMS options provided by Falcon-Software, the client selected Kentico for their platform.

Key Challenges

1. Kentico needed to be integrated into the clients CRM system.
2. A customized Image Bank feature was to be developed for customers allowing them to upload their own fireplace pictures.
3. A creative and user friendly method of searching for product dealers worldwide was to be developed.

The Result

The client was extremely satisfied with how the website design was integrated into the Kentico CMS solution. Kentico allowed Falcon-Software to easily extend in several ways which makes the product suitable for Regency's CRM integration needs. The geo-mapping module allowed Falcon-Software to integrate with Google Maps so any desired content could be displayed on a map. Also, the Image Gallery module allowed Falcon the flexibility to quickly customize a unique customer interface for their online design system.
