Virtuoso has just signed a contract with Falcon-Software's FalconEFX division for the development of a web-based commercial for Crystal Cruises.

Falcon-Software's FalconEFX division today announced a contract agreement for the development of a web-based commercial for Virtuoso client; Crystal Cruises. The Multimedia commercial will be developed for Crystal Cruises (www.crystalcruises.com) using Macromedia Flash technology, incorporating animated graphics and photography, narrative audio tracks, ambient background music and special effects.

Virtuoso has just signed a contract with Falcon-Software's FalconEFX division for the development of an email marketing campaign.

Falcon-Software Company's FalconEFX division today announced a contract agreement for the development of a web-based push email marketing commercials for Virtuoso's Great Escapes Alaska monthly travel packages. The online commercials will be approximately 15 seconds each, using Macromedia Flash technology, incorporating animated graphics and photography, narrative audio tracks, ambient background music and special effects.

Falcon-Software has recently completed the Single Parent Resource Centre's new website through their FCIP Group website services donation program.

Falcon-Software Company's Community Involvement Program (FCIP Group) today announced the release of the Single Parent Resource Centre website through Falcon's website services donation program.

Each year, the FCIP Group www.fcip.ca meets to review entry forms submitted by local non-profit organizations. The group selects charities that would most benefit from FCIP's services and best meet the FCIP criteria guidelines. The selected organizations are provided with a professionally designed website, including web design and development services, content management systems, multimedia imaging and full Hosting and marketing services for twelve months at no cost to the charity.

The Ruhof Corporation has just signed a contract with Falcon-Software's FalconGrafx division for the redesign of thier corporate websites.

Falcon-Software Company's FalconGrafx division today announced a contract agreement for the development of a new business website for Ruhof, headquartered in Mineola, New York. The project will include new site architecture, design templates and content restructuring. Falcon-Softwarewill also be developing a product eCatalog, secure maintenance system and dynamic content tools.

The FCIP Group is proud to announce the non-profit charitable organizations selected for this years donated Website design and development projects.

The FCIP Group today announced that Victoria's Seniors Serving Seniors Association and the Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind have been selected for the 2004 Charitable Website Program.

Each year the FCIP Group (www.fcip.ca) members meet to review entry forms submitted by local and national non-profit organizations. The group selects two charities that would most benefit from FCIP's services and meet the group's criteria guidelines. The selected organizations are provided with a professionally designed website, which includes web design and development services, content management systems, multimedia imaging and full server Hosting services for twelve months at no cost to the charitable organization. Also, the FCIP Group will be coordinating various donation drives, functions and charitable events throughout the year, helping to raise funds for the two selected organizations selected for 2004.

Falcon-Software's FalconGrafx division has recently completed the design for Victory Boardsports' new logo.

Falcon-Software Company's FalconGrafx division today announced the completion of a new logo design for Victory Boardsports (Riverside, CA). Falcon's approach was to create a logo that incorporates the different board types the company sells with an "old-school" flare. Falcon-Softwarewill also be designing and developing the company's new website, complete with eCommerce capabilities - to be released sometime in late Fall of 2004.

Falcon-Software Company celebrates Heather MacFayden's 10th year anniversary with the company.

Falcon-Software Company, Inc. today announced the celebration of Heather MacFayden's 10th year with the company as Senior Project Manager. A party will be held at the Victoria office in her honor April 2, 2004.

Heather began her career in the early startup stages as the first full-time employee of the company. In fact, in her first week of employment Gary and Paul (founding partners) went on a sales trip to New York, leaving Heather all alone in the small bachelor suit apartment that served as the company's office in its first year. When Gary and Paul returned the following week, they were both stunned to find her not only still there but being highly productive as well.

"In the high-tech sector 10-years is considered a lifetime", say's Gary Eisenstein, Executive Director of Falcon-Software Company. "I'm very proud of Heather's accomplishments over the years, in fact most of our clients believe Heather runs this company and their not far off".

Falcon-Software Company has recently signed a deal with Falcon Software of Medfield, MA for the purchase of their URL domain name.

Falcon-Software Company, Inc. today announced the completion of a purchase deal with Falcon-SoftwareSoftware, Inc. located in Medfield, MA (no relation) for their URL domain name (www.falconsoftware.com) for an undisclosed amount.

The Medfield, Massachusetts based software company is no longer selling software products and the company is shutting down operations. A technical support page will remain up as a courtesy to former customers until June 15th, 2004. After June 15th URL ownership will be transferred over to Falcon-Software Company and redirected to our (www.falcon-software.com) site.

"I'm very pleased the URL has finally been acquired, which should help boost our marketing and branding efforts in the long term" say's Gary Eisenstein, Executive Director of Falcon-Software Company. The company will continue to use the dash (hyphen) in their corporate name and marketed URL.

Falcon-Software's FalconEFX division announces an agreement with Club Intrawest for the design and development of an online Rich Media commercial.

Falcon-Software Company's FalconEFX division today announced a contract agreement for the development of a web-based commercial for Club Intrawest (Vancouver, BC). The Rich Media commercial will be used as a unique marketing tool, providing customers a more entertaining and engaging experience. The 2-minute web-based commercial or "Webmercial" will be developed using Macromedia Flash technology, incorporating animated graphics and photography, narrative audio tracks, ambient background music and special effects. The Webmercial will also feature a user control panel and a WebTracker system, providing real-time feedback on viewing activity.

Virtuoso has just signed a contract with Falcon-Software's FalconEFX division for the development of 27 promotional Rich Media Presentations.

Falcon-Software Company's FalconEFX division today announced a contract agreement for the development of web-based Rich Media Presentations for Virtuoso's Great Escapes family travel packages. Each online promotional Presentation will be approximately fifteen seconds in length, using Macromedia Flash technology to incorporate animated graphics and photography, narrative audio tracks, ambient background music and special effects.

To date, Virtuoso has contracted FalconEFX for the production of over 50 promo page Rich Media Presentations as part of their travel package marketing strategy. Each promo-page comes bundled with web analytics (performance tracking software), which allows the client to track the performance and ad campaign effectiveness.

Danaher Industrial Controls Group has just signed a contract with Falcon-Software's FalconGrafx division for the redesign of their corporate website, which includes an additional five business unit sites.

Falcon-Software Company's FalconGrafx division today announced a contract agreement for the design and development of a new corporate website for Danaher Industrial Control Group (DICG), headquartered in Gurnee, Illinois. This project will include the total redesign of DICG's information architecture, navigation, design templates and complete content restructuring. The contract also includes the design and development of an additional five business unit websites. The $275,000.00 web design contract will be divided into two phases with phase one beginning in June and phase two slated for January 2005.

"This contract will be the largest single project for us so far this year", states Gary Eisenstein, Falcon-Software's Executive Director. "We came in as a late entry during the RFP stage, which included competitive bids from five US based firms, and winning the contract due primarily to our B2B expertise and strong partnership approach".

FalconEFX will be developing the Rich Media Presentation to assist in selling the property to prospective buyers using an interactive Rich Media format. FalconEFX will combine Flash animation, narrative audio, ambient music tracks and eye-catching photography to create this two-minute Rich Media Presentation.

Falcon-Software Company today announced the completion of two pro-bono web design projects developed through its participation with the FCIP Group. Falcon-Software designed and developed sites for the Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind (www.guidedogs.ca) and Seniors Serving Seniors (www.seniorsservingseniors.bc.ca) non-profit organizations.

The selected organizations were provided with a professionally designed website, which included web design and development services, content management systems, multimedia imaging and full server Hosting services for twelve months at no cost to the charitable organization. Also, the FCIP Group will be coordinating various donation drives, functions and charitable events throughout the year, helping to raise funds for the two selected organizations selected for 2004.

Falcon-Software partners with Ektron in the implementation of a .NET content management solution for Danaher Industrial Controls Group.

Falcon-Software Company's FalconGrafx division today announced a contract agreement for the implementation of a new content management system for Danaher Industrial Controls Group (DICG), headquartered in Gurnee, Illinois. FalconGrafx will be using the new CMS400.NET XML content management solution from Ektron. The implementation of a new content management system will help DICG dramatically lower their site content and development costs, and rapidly deploy new web applications.

Falcon-Software has been selected to participate in the Mozambique Mentorship Program - "MozLink" - funded by USAID, as part of a Global Development Alliance, and the FCIP Group.

Falcon-Software Company has been awarded the honor of designing and developing a tourism website for the Northern Mozambique pro bono through its membership with the FCIP Group. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), TechnoServe (the U.S.-based non-profit business development organization that manages MozLink), and the FCIP Group will be working together with Falcon-Software to promote labor-intensive exports from Mozambique to North America and other global markets.

Falcon-Software's core objective will be to help increase international tourism arrivals to Northern Mozambique through the design and development of a dynamic and professional website, which will help to promote the region as a travel destination. Team members from Falcon-Software and FCIP Group will travel to Mozambique in early February 2005 to visit the region and meet with key players to better understand their current offerings and assess their marketing needs.

The Northern Mozambique tourism website development is slated to begin in late February 2005, with a provisional site launch in April 2005. "This exciting opportunity is a first for our firm", says Gary Eisenstein, Executive Director of Falcon-Software and founding member of the FCIP Group. "We've been building pro-bono websites regionally and nationally as a member of the FCIP Group since 2002, with this being Falcon's first international endeavor".

Falcon-Softwarehas been contracted by Intrawest & DDB Canada to creat a Rich Media commercial for Abercrombie & Kent's 2005 luxury adventure-travel vacations.

Falcon-Software Company has been contracted by Intrawest (Vancouver) and DDB Canada (Toronto) for the design and development of a two-minute Rich Media commercial for Abercrombie & Kent's 2005 email marketing campaign. Intrawest, a leading operator and developer of village-centered resorts recently acquired a strategic equity interest in the Abercrombie & Kent Group of Companies.

The goal of the Rich Media commercial will be to help drive traffic to the A&K microsite, encouraging viewers to book luxury adventure-travel vacations, using animation, audio imaging, radio broadcast voiceovers and various visual effects. Falcon-Software will be working with DDB Toronto's initial creative print concepts and integrating them into the Flash medium.

Falcon-Software has recently entered into a contract agreement with Hennessy Industries for the redesign of their corporate website.

Falcon-Software Company has recently entered into a contract agreement with Hennessy Industries (LaVergne, Tennessee) for the redesign and development of a customer-centric driven website, broken out into three phases. The primary objectives in phase-one will be to improve the company's brand image and to deliver applications and product information online more efficiently. The website will also include an eCommerce system and content management system.

Phase-two will include the design and development of a Service Partner Website with multiple language capabilities. And finally, phase-three will focus on the redesign of the Hennessy University website, which will include Rich Media product tutorials and advanced application tools.
