“This is a welcome change of events when compared to the last three months”, states Gary Eisenstein, Falcon-Software’s CEO. “Client spending is on the rise even with recession concerns, in part, because businesses are expecting web technologies to have more visibility and impact than in the past. Despite the bad news from Wall Street, our clientele are focusing on the best method of generating new business (doing more for less), and web technologies are perfectly suited for the job”, says Eisenstein.
The top three business priorities according to a recent Gartner survey are business process improvements, attracting and retaining new customers and creating new products and services. The study also found that IT spending is growing on average 4.9 percent at organizations with a planned IT strategy that helped set them apart from their competition. IT budgets are up just 3.1 percent at organizations with a more "generic" IT strategy.

Falcon Software created the new design for the Sea Otter Lodge & Lumberjack Lodge website. The new design reflects the lodges’ west coast style and showcases a photo gallery as well as custom audio narrative. Located on a private island in Kyuquot Sound, the lodges are adjacent to some of the best remote salmon and halibut sports fishing in the area.

Falcon-Software Company announces four (4) major website launches in November and prepares for an additional five (5) site launches in December, greatly helping alleviate the near full capacity levels experienced over the last three months.
November 2009 Website Launches:
“Our recent site launches will provide our production teams with some much needed breathing space while we prepare for five more major site launches before the Christmas holidays, including our largest Sitecore implementation to date -- Remington.com”, states Gary Eisenstein, President and Founder of Falcon-Software Co. This will allow the company to start taking on new projects in January, something the company has been unable to focus on over the last 120 days. These projects include Falcon’s latest project with Ontario based Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, for a Kentico CMS site implementation.
In addition, the company is currently preparing to hire for the expected January project blitz with clientele wanting to update their websites for the New Year, helping to assure that production capacities do not reach critical levels as were experienced this Fall. “2009 has been one of the busiest years for us in recent memory and we were not as prepared as we should have been for the work load”, says Eisenstein. “Although this put an incredible strain on our production resources, we got through it. But now it’s time to increase capacity to better match the demand for our services and we are committed to achieving that goal”.
