Announces Executive Director and Co-Founder Paul Doherty resigns from Falcon-Software Company Inc.Victoria, BC - April 4th, 2005Falcon-Software Company announces that effective March 9th, 2005 Paul Doherty, Executive Director and Co-Founder has resigned his position at Falcon-Software. Mr. Doherty will stay on with Falcon-Softwareuntil the end of March 2005, after which he will take some, much needed and well deserved time off to spend with his family. Mr. Doherty co-founded Falcon-Software back in 1994 with current president and CEO Gary Eisenstein. "Business partnerships in general are very volatile, but Paul and I managed to work well over the last eleven years and his departure will be a major adjustment for us all," says Mr. Eisenstein. As a direct result of Mr. Doherty's resignation, John Austin has been appointed as Falcon-Software's new Vice President of Operations and Business Development Manager. Mr. Austin has been with the company for over three years. Prior to working at Falcon-Software, he was an Internet Strategist for Medbroadcast, Canada's largest consumer health-oriented website.
