Falcon-Software acquires Catapult Imaging Studios to help run its small business division.

 
 
Victoria, BC – September 30th, 2005
Falcon-Software Company today announced that it has acquired Catapult Imaging Studios, Inc., a small web design firm located in Victoria, British Columbia. Catapult will help run Falcon-Software’s small business division out of their Broad Street studio. Falcon-Software will continue to manage the accounts on an administrative level while Catapult handles the project management, programming and graphic design aspects of the small business contracts, utilizing Falcon’s systems and procedures.

“The acquisition simply made a lot of sense for us” , states Gary Eisenstein CEO of Falcon-Software. “We’ve always had problems with profitability on small business contracts because of our large overhead and complex production methods”. “Having Catapult develop the small accounts will allow us to focus on business contracts better suited for a company our size”, says Gary Eisenstein.
