Falcon-Software has been chosen as a finalist in three different categories for the 2006 VIATeC Technology Awards.

Falcon-Software Company is proud to announce being chosen as a finalist in three different categories for the 2006 VIATeC Technology Awards. “This is a great honor for us”, states Gary Eisenstein, Falcon’s CEO. “With all our clients being in the US, it’s always a challenge to be recognized locally for our contribution to the tech community.” “And being a finalist for three separate awards is a great testament to the wonderful staff we have working for us at Falcon”.

• Falcon-Software is a finalist for Employee/Team of the Year.
  Jason Harrison-Edge, Falcon’s Creative Director was selected as a finalist for Employee of the Year. Jason has been with the company for 7-years and is the driving force behind Falcon’s artistic designs and award winning websites.
• Falcon-Software is a finalist for Website/Online Strategy of the Year.
  TechnoServe/Mozlink Northern Mozambique website has been selected as a finalist for Website/Online Strategy of the Year. The Northern Mozambique website, was developed as key in the strategy to promote Northern Mozambique as an emerging world-class travel and tourism destination.
• Falcon-Software is a finalist for Community Involvement of the Year.
  Once again, Falcon has been selected as a finalist for Community Involvement of the Year. Winners in 2004, Falcon’s charitable arm FCIP Group seems to be cultivating a strong presence within the Islands tech community.

The annual VIATeC awards evening captures the enthusiasm, energy and innovation that characterizes Vancouver Island’s technology entrepreneurs and business people. It’s a unique event for everyone in the community to showcase their accomplishments while building a profile and increasing credibility within BC’s fastest-growing technology region.
 

The 2006 VIATeC Technology Awards will be held at the Victoria Conference Centre on May 17, 2006.
