
Danaher Corporation, a Fortune 500 Company, contracted Falcon-Software for the total redesign of their information architecture and site content. The contract also included the design and development of eight additional business unit sites. Falcon-Software was able to adapt Danaher Industrial Controls Group's (DICG) complex business model into a streamlined framework that allowed all of the individual DICG companies to take full advantage of eBusiness.

That framework provided for easy integration of complex catalog and product ordering systems, channel partner collaboration, globalization and cross brand marketing/selling between the individual brands, while still retaining and supporting the brand image of each of these companies.
In my 1-1/2 years working with Falcon to revitalize some five distinct websites representing over 8 diverse worldwide brands and five distinct and separate product categories – I know that I could not have accomplished the job – nor kept my sanity - without Falcon’s help.
Falcon’s project management staff was experienced, motivated, prompt, precise and detail-oriented. From the get-go they have taken the worry out of this massive corporate initiative for me.
