Carestream Health, an international company providing medical and dental imaging systems and information technology solutions, was searching for a web development firm to consult with about their eBusiness strategy and integrate over a quarter of a million documents into Ektron's CMS.Net software. As one of Ektron's premiere Platinum partners, Falcon-Software was able to successfully migrate their documents in seven different languages and trained Carestream's internal web team to use the new software to its full potential. 

Carestream Health Since 2007, we have developed three different portal websites and assisted with the migration of 200,000+ documents. Falcon also built a Partner Site, which is a B2B site for authorized customers to access product documentation and place orders and a Service Portal site. Also, Falcon-Software built an Informational site where authorized employees and partners are able to access up to date service and user documentation.

 

 

In addition, Falcon-Software developed a User Group Portal – Community based site where authorized Carestream product users can access product information, locate other product users with similar configurations and engage with other product users in the discussion board forums.
