Tech Tips - Vacation Responses
Planning to go away on vacation soon? You
can let all your clients know by setting up an automatic vacation
response with your mail account. Here's how:
How to setup and remove an automatic vacation response
for your email accounts.

- Go to https://mail.yourcompany.com:8443
- Click yes to the certificate pop-up window.
- Enter Login: youremail@yourcompany.com and type in your Password: xxxxx. Click Login
- Next to 'Mail autoresponders' click add. A popup will appear, type 'Vacation' click OK.
- Next to 'Reply with text' enter your vacation message.
- Scroll down and click the Update button which will take you back to the previous screen.
- Turn on the auto responder by checking off the box next to 'Mail Autoresponders'.
- Click Update.
- Send a test message to your account to test everything.
To remove the vacation message, uncheck the 'Mail autoresponders' box and click update.
Don't forget! Your mailbox size is 15 MB. If you are away for a long time, your mailbox may become full. To prevent this from happening, leave your email program open while you are away.
